Amazing Italian Food! We ordered meatballs, a meat lovers pizza, and a Hawaiian pizza. The chef is from Sicily so the food is authentic! We were visiting the area, but we will definitely be back here when we return! AND it's BYOB so if you want a refreshing beverage, bring your own! It's not a fancy place but the food is fantastic!!

I came where work low expectations and I was genuinely surprised. We met very kind and friendly people and of course better than expected pizza. The sauce for the pastas could definitely be more savory but it hit the spot of the moment. The pizza sauce was also yummy and popped. This make for a great stopping point along your journey.

Food is excellent. Prices are very economical. Pizzas are HUGE! Family owned, no frills whatsoever. BYOB, no corkage fee. Highly recommend for a very casual night out with friends, family.

Cute, cozy, and casual. This is a small log cabin with fireplace that was renovated into a restaurant a number of years ago and passed through several owners. I think Villa Amato is here to stay. The food is good, and the atmosphere is cozy but not elegant or even dressy. You can go there and jeans with no problem at all. They have a small outdoor seating area that is under decorated they could make so much out of that! Another thing that I felt they could do better was, they have a big table that pretty much blocks the fireplace. I wish that somehow they could move the tables around so that the fireplace was the centerpiece of the room. In the summer I would put big waxy candles, or even fake candles for safety. I think they are missing out on some Ambience there and on the outdoor seating!

I've found the best Pizza I've had in a long time 10/10 a real Italian pie from Italy/Jersey. I took one look and I knew what was going to be GREAT. The sauce is unbelievable thanks for the experience I will return soon !!! THANKS

A gem along hwy 64 near Lake Toxaway. Don't pass this place by if you're in the area. Delightful home cooked Italian cuisine, including fabulous pizza. Relaxed atmosphere in a quaint log cabin-like building. Family friendly but still perfect for a date night.

The pizza was amazing! They loaded it up with ingredients and the crust was perfect. If you want great pizza, stop by. They have in restaurant dining, but do alot of take out. I can't speak for the pasta, but some customers were picking that up as take out so it must be good. The ingredients are fresh. The staff is very friendly. I don't think you will be disappointed. The pizzas are big so order a medium if you typically get a large elsewhere!
